Eng. Ahmed Sarhan, Chairman of Lumin Holding, shared that the company is looking into listing on the Egyptian Stock Exchange in the coming years. This move is part of their broader plans to expand and strengthen their capital base. Sarhan highlighted that Lumin Holding oversees three main companies: Lumin Systems, which specializes in digital identity and technology solutions; Lumin Soft, focused on software development; and Cow Pay, a key player in digital payments. Regarding the exciting partnership between Lumin Systems and Azimut Egypt, which aims to provide digital solutions for opening investment accounts for foreigners using digital identity technologies, Sarhan explained that this alliance has received approval from the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to join the FRA Sandbox. They are currently finalizing the technical procedures and conducting operational trials, with the service expected to officially launch within two weeks.
