With this in mind, Egypt's Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) and DXC Technology have launched the ITIDA–DXC Dandelion program in Egypt. Their goal is to boost the involvement of neurodiverse talents in the tech industry and create career paths that better accommodate different thinking styles. This program launch in Egypt is the first of its kind in the Middle East. Over the coming months, it aims to empower up to 60 neurodiverse individuals, giving them real opportunities to participate, grow, and succeed within the information and communications technology (ICT) sector.
