Egyptian Firms PISC, Fair Solutions, and Isti'lami Partner to Integrate Governance, Finance, and Digital Solutions

Pioneering & Innovation Studies Center (PISC), Fair Solutions for Consulting, and the “Isti'lami” platform for managing and operating electronic platforms, have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement marks a collaboration to develop and deliver integrated professional solutions aimed at companies and institutions in Egypt and the wider region. This partnership brings together three complementary areas of expertise: governance, risk management, and compliance consulting; financial and credit services; and the development and management of digital platforms, along with verification and operational technologies. This alliance aims to empower institutions to access more connected and effective services. It combines clear decision-making, financial insight, and digital execution, which will ultimately enhance institutional performance and improve the quality of operational processes. The parties emphasized that this collaboration stems from a shared conviction: institutional development cannot be achieved through isolated solutions or partial interventions at the departmental level alone. Instead, it requires an integrated approach that links governance, finance, digital verification, and capacity building. This approach supports operational stability and fosters reliance on institutional systems rather than individuals. Areas of cooperation include developing joint services, implementing professional and training programs, and exchanging referrals for specialized services among the parties. Additionally, they will launch initiatives to build the capabilities of young professionals in governance, risk management, and compliance, aligning with the needs of the modern job market. The signatory parties clarified that this collaboration is not limited to merging existing services. It aims to create a shared professional space that helps institutions tackle challenges related to growth, funding, compliance, and digital transformation in a more integrated and clear manner, through practical, applicable solutions. The agreement also reflects the parties' commitment to supporting the stability and growth of institutions, contributing to the development of professional competencies, and meeting market needs in line with development priorities for a more efficient and sustainable economy. This MoU signing comes at a time when there is a growing need for practical cooperation models among specialized entities. Such models combine consulting expertise, financial understanding, and digital execution within an integrated professional framework, capable of keeping pace with the rapid transformations in the business environment.
