Qualify and Egypt's Social Solidarity Ministry Team Up for Smart Youth Career Guidance

Qualify, a company specializing in AI-powered career assessment and guidance solutions, announced a partnership agreement with the Ministry of Social Solidarity. The goal is to offer career assessment, guidance, and counseling services to students at the Ministry's social solidarity units within Egyptian universities. This will happen through the "Lestart" digital platform. The signing took place during the "Start" Summit at the Grand Egyptian Museum, under the patronage of Dr. Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity. Dr. Maya Morsy, Minister of Social Solidarity, and Dr. Abdel Aziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, witnessed the signing ceremony. The agreement was signed by Eng. Nevin Magdy, CEO of Qualify, and Dr. Mohamed El-Okby, Assistant Minister of Social Solidarity for Strategic Communication and Media. This collaboration is part of the Ministry of Social Solidarity's efforts to empower young people and prepare them for the job market. It specifically focuses on children from families benefiting from the "Takaful and Karama" program, as well as other vulnerable and most-in-need families, and people with disabilities. The partnership will provide modern tools for assessment, guidance, and career counseling, helping them discover their abilities and identify educational and career paths that best match their skills and interests, all powered by the latest AI technologies. Through this partnership, Qualify will provide a comprehensive digital environment. This environment will allow students to assess their personal and professional skills and abilities, learn about suitable training and development opportunities, and receive personalized recommendations to help them make more informed decisions about their academic and professional future.
