Four Egyptian Companies Team Up to Build an Integrated Logistics Ecosystem

Egypt's logistics sector is really moving towards more integrated ways of working. This means bringing together digital payments, shipping, distribution, and transport services into one smooth system. The goal is to make operations super efficient and keep up with the fast-paced digital changes happening in trade. Egyptian entrepreneur Ahmed Amir recently announced that Transporter Egypt is joining an exciting new integrated system. This system already includes Daman Pay, Sinbad, and Asphalt for Logistics. Their big aim is to connect every step of a shipment's journey within one seamless operational setup. Ahmed explained that Daman Pay will handle all the electronic payment solutions and financial services for merchants, linking their payment needs directly to the shipping process. Meanwhile, Transporter will take charge of managing everything from receiving orders to shipping and delivering them right to customers' doors. He also mentioned that Sinbad's role is to connect shipping companies with a wide network of agents and logistics providers across different governorates. This helps expand their reach and open up new markets. Asphalt, on the other hand, will manage the transportation of shipments between governorates, using a robust network that links operational centers and key logistics hubs. Ahmed Amir stressed that this isn't just a simple partnership between four companies. Instead, it's all about building a fully integrated system that brings together e-commerce, payments, logistics, and transportation. This will ultimately create a much more efficient experience for both merchants and their customers. He highlighted that the future of the shipping industry really depends on specialized companies working together. Each company can focus on what it does best, while all their services are linked within one big system. This approach will boost operational efficiency, broaden the range of services available, and open up exciting new growth opportunities in the Egyptian market.
