Zeew Saudi, a platform specializing in AI-powered cloud contact centers designed with an "Arabic-first" approach for the Middle East, has announced the successful closure of a strategic investment round. This round was led by Amplify Growth Fund, managed by Agility Capital (DIFC) Ltd., and aims to support Zeew's ongoing expansion across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This investment follows strong enterprise-level adoption of the platform. It's set to boost Zeew's ability to deliver smart customer communication solutions, including advanced automation and more efficient management of high-volume interactions. The funding will also enable Zeew to expand into over 10 countries, deepen its regional partnerships, and broaden its system integrations to serve enterprises on a wider scale. Today, Zeew's platform serves over 1,000 clients across more than 20 sectors. It offers advanced capabilities like real-time voice AI, predictive analytics, automated quality assurance, and multilingual generative AI that supports various Arabic dialects alongside English and French. This makes it perfectly suited for complex, high-intensity contact center environments.
