Upwyde and Vezeeta Team Up to Build Smart Medical Hub in New Cairo's Prk Vie

Upwyde Real Estate Development has announced a strategic partnership with Vezeeta, a leading digital healthcare specialist in the Middle East and Africa. Together, they will operate an integrated medical facility within the "Prk Vie" project, located in New Cairo's "Golden Square." This move highlights a growing trend of combining the real estate and medical sectors. This partnership represents a significant shift in Vezeeta's business model. For the first time, Vezeeta will exclusively manage an entire medical building within a real estate project. They will provide a system that blends digital solutions with on-site medical services, all adhering to the latest operational standards. This collaboration aligns with Upwyde's strategy to develop mixed-use projects that go beyond traditional activities. These projects will now include healthcare services as a fundamental part of the user experience, enhancing the concept of "smart living destinations" and boosting the investment value of their developments. For Vezeeta, this step strengthens their physical presence by operating an integrated medical facility in a strategic location within the Golden Square. This allows them to offer direct and interactive health services, while also providing a modern work environment for healthcare providers within the project. Fadel Samir, Co-CEO of the Commercial Sector at Upwyde, stated that this collaboration with Vezeeta reflects the company's direction towards delivering projects that move beyond the traditional concept of real estate development. Instead, they aim to create integrated communities that offer sustainable value to users. He added that the partnership combines the advanced architectural design of the "Prk Vie" project with Vezeeta's technological expertise in the healthcare sector, contributing to the provision of comprehensive services within the project. On the other hand, Shoukry Asmar, Head of Institutional Business Development at Vezeeta, explained that this initiative aligns with the rapid growth in Egypt's medical sector, especially with the increasing interest in medical tourism. He noted that the goal is to improve the quality of health services and make them more accessible through advanced digital solutions. He confirmed that the platform will offer services including appointment booking and efficient management of medical operations, in addition to supporting doctors with a professional operating environment within the project. This partnership establishes a new model of integration between real estate developers and health technology platforms. It moves beyond simply creating traditional clinics to building a complete medical ecosystem within modern projects, which supports the development of the real estate market in New Cairo. The "Prk Vie" project is one of Upwyde's most prominent developments. It offers a comprehensive model that combines administrative, commercial, and entertainment activities in a single environment, with a design that emphasizes green spaces and natural elements to provide a balanced work-life experience. As for Vezeeta, it is one of the leading digital platforms in the healthcare sector. It provides services such as finding doctors, booking appointments, remote consultations, and ordering medications. It connects millions of users with healthcare providers in several markets, including Egypt and Saudi Arabia, in addition to offering advanced operational solutions for healthcare providers.
