The UAE-based real estate technology company, Keyper, has successfully raised $11 million in a Series A funding round. This round was led by Speedinvest, with participation from NeoVentures (part of Mashreq Bank), Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), Dubai Future District Fund (DFDF), Property Finder, Arab National Bank, Ellington Properties, Dar Ventures, and Abbey Road Investment Group. This new funding marks an exciting new chapter for Keyper. The company is busy developing a comprehensive digital operating platform for managing and leasing residential properties, serving tenants, property owners, and managers. It also strengthens their existing funding base, which includes a $30 million Sukuk financing agreement with global asset management firm Franklin Templeton, all set to support their long-term growth strategy.
