Following the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's goal to support top-notch academic work and help students compete globally, Ain Shams University students have made an amazing international achievement. They participated in the finals of the Huawei ICT Competition 2025–2026, which took place in Shenzhen, China. Our Ain Shams students proudly secured two Grand Prizes – the competition's highest honors! They also snagged gold medals and trophies in both Cloud Computing and Computing categories. This really shows how advanced Egyptian students are in information and communication technology on the world stage. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research emphasized that this success is a direct result of the ongoing growth in the higher education sector. We're constantly working to build practical skills, encourage digital innovation, and empower our students to compete in global tech arenas. The Ministry also highlighted its continuous efforts to back programs that develop student talents and support gifted individuals. This helps us prepare young professionals who can meet the demands of the global job market, drive digital transformation, and boost Egypt's standing in technology and innovation.
