Qatar is moving from exploring AI applications to building a complete ecosystem based on infrastructure and local skills. This is happening through partnerships with major global technology companies. The latest is a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Scale AI and Dell Technologies to develop enterprise AI solutions and support the country's digital transformation journey. The partnership aims to expand the use of advanced AI technologies within government and private organizations. It will do this by providing scalable technical solutions and boosting computing capabilities and digital infrastructure, all in line with Qatar National Vision 2030 goals. Travers Nicholas, General Manager for Dell Technologies in the North Gulf region, and Amr Samir, General Manager for Scale AI in Qatar, signed the MoU. This collaboration focuses on enabling organizations to develop and deploy AI applications more efficiently. This step comes as global economies increasingly focus on building national AI capabilities. This isn't just about providing technology, but also developing infrastructure, training skilled professionals, and creating an ecosystem capable of producing digital solutions that serve various sectors.
