REACH Middle East Kicks Off Second Program to Accelerate PropTech Growth in the UAE

REACH Middle East, one of the world's leading real estate technology accelerators, has announced that applications are now open for the second cohort of its program in the UAE. The program aims to support startups in the PropTech sector, helping them tap into a regional real estate market with projects valued at over $1.3 trillion. This initiative is all about fostering innovation and speeding up digital transformation in the industry.

Funding, Mentorship, and Investor Access

The program runs from November 2026 to August 2027. It offers startups a complete package, including funding, mentorship from global experts, and chances to connect with local and international investors and partners. This comprehensive support is designed to boost their growth and expansion opportunities.

The launch of this second cohort follows the great success of the first one, which saw participating companies develop and launch new products, complete investment rounds, and significantly grow their customer base.

The program is managed by Second Century Ventures, the investment arm of the National Association of REALTORS®, with fantastic support from the Dubai Land Department, Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Campus (Dtec), and Dubai Future District Fund.

Supporting Digital Transformation in Real Estate

This program really shows the UAE's ongoing commitment to building a complete PropTech ecosystem. It comes at a time when digital solutions and AI technologies are being adopted at a super-fast pace across the sector.

The program focuses on supporting companies that are developing innovative solutions to make sales and leasing operations, asset management, and real estate financing better. This will help improve the efficiency of the real estate market and keep up with the continuous growth of projects in the region.

Boosting Dubai's Role as a Regional PropTech Hub

We expect this program to really speed up the growth of PropTech startups and attract new investments into the real estate innovation scene. It will also help develop digital solutions for managing and operating real estate assets, and connect companies with investors, customers, and global markets.

The program also strengthens Dubai's position as a regional and global hub for PropTech companies. This is happening at a time when global investments in this sector are increasing, and developers and investors are relying more and more on digital solutions to boost operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

The launch of this second cohort is part of a bigger strategy to cement the UAE's status as a global center for real estate innovation. It leverages a regional market with projects worth over $1.3 trillion and meets the growing demand for technologies that are reshaping the future of the real estate sector.
