As part of expanding strategic partnerships that support professional development, Qualify, the first digital platform for professional qualification and employment services management powered by AI technology, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Odoo Middle East. Odoo Middle East is part of the global Odoo Group, a leader in open-source business management software. This partnership aims to launch the "Sales Ambassadors" training program, which seeks to bridge the gap between academic education and the job market for university students in Egypt. The program plans to train 1,000 university students in Egypt during its first year. It will offer training courses lasting 6 to 9 weeks, combining structured educational workshops with actual participation in sales operations. This approach will allow participants to gain the practical experience needed to join the job market and meet its demands. The curriculum, designed by Odoo Middle East, includes 11 training units covering various topics such as software knowledge, inbound and outbound sales, customer journey mapping, negotiation skills, and time management. Outstanding participants will even be considered for direct employment within Odoo Middle East after completing the program.
