Payment, a company specializing in payment and payroll management solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), announced a strategic partnership with Vezeeta, a digital healthcare company. The goal is to provide a comprehensive package of health services to employees of companies that use Payment's cards for payments and payroll, through Vezeeta's "Shamel" services. This new step extends the existing collaboration between the two companies. It aligns with Payment's strategy to expand the range of services offered to its corporate clients by providing additional benefits and supportive solutions for employees that go beyond traditional payment services. This will help increase job satisfaction and strengthen employees' connection to their workplaces.
Integrated Health Services for Employees
Under this partnership, companies contracting with Payment will be able to offer their employees subscriptions to "Shamel" solutions. This will give them access to a variety of healthcare services provided by Vezeeta, including outpatient and hospital services, as well as access to medicines and medical supplies through a wide network of pharmacies. Employees will also benefit from advanced digital solutions in the healthcare sector. Nourhan Refaat, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships Officer at Payment, stated that this agreement is a significant step in the company's journey to enhance the value offered to its corporate clients. It does this by providing integrated services that improve the employee experience, alongside their existing payment and payroll solutions. She added that building trust and fostering employee loyalty are key pillars of Payment's strategy. She emphasized that the collaboration with Vezeeta reflects the company's commitment to developing its service ecosystem and offering additional benefits that support both companies and their employees.Supporting Company Growth and Financial Inclusion
Refaat also noted that Payment continues to invest in developing its services and products to meet market needs. She affirmed that the company has successfully built a broad customer base over the past years, with user satisfaction rates for payment, transfer, and payroll services exceeding 98%. She added, "We believe in the importance of continuous service development, and we work to enhance the efficiency of small and medium-sized companies through innovative solutions that help them grow and expand. This positively contributes to efforts to promote financial inclusion."Integration of FinTech and Digital Health
On her part, Nardine Magdy, Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Vezeeta, affirmed that the collaboration with Payment will enable a larger segment of companies and individuals to benefit from the healthcare solutions provided by Vezeeta. She explained that the partnership represents an integrated model that combines financial technology (FinTech) and digital health. This contributes to improving the experience for employees and customers, enhancing loyalty and belonging within the work environment, and offering innovative solutions that meet the needs of the Egyptian market.Tags
