OMODA & JAECOO's Smart Robots Are Transforming Hospitality in the UAE

In a move that shows how quickly AI is being integrated into service sectors, OMODA & JAECOO are expanding their tech presence in the UAE. They're bringing their "Aimoga" robotic system into hospitality and event management, alongside smart mobility solutions.

This expansion comes as the UAE continues to strengthen its position as a global hub for tourism, events, and exhibitions. This opens the door for advanced digital solutions that are set to reshape the visitor experience in hotels, airports, and shopping centers.

Smart Robots Enter Direct Service Environments

The company showcased a practical example of its technologies during an international sports event. There, the humanoid robot "Mornin" and the four-legged robot "Argus" took part in various operational tasks. These included greeting visitors, providing directions, engaging in multilingual interactions, and supporting on-site organizational operations.

This application shows that robots are moving beyond just tech demonstrations and are now being used in real, busy, and dynamic work environments, especially in the hospitality, tourism, and retail sectors.

Interactive Capabilities and Multilingual Operational Support

The "Mornin" robot uses advanced AI technologies, allowing it to communicate in 11 languages. It can analyze both audio and visual input to provide instant, interactive responses, which really boosts customer service quality in tourist and hotel settings.

Meanwhile, "Argus" stands out with its advanced autonomous movement capabilities. This includes navigating around obstacles and assisting in situations that require mobility support, opening up possibilities for its use in exhibition centers and public facilities.

Expanding Smart Mobility and Self-Parking Solutions

Alongside their robotic solutions, the company is also introducing "Super Intelligent Parking" technology to the UAE market in select models. This tech allows vehicles to identify empty parking spots, park themselves, and even return to the driver using digital commands.

This technology perfectly aligns with the UAE's smart city initiatives, which focus on integrating autonomous systems into urban infrastructure to make movement easier and reduce the need for human intervention.

Chery, the parent company, is also experiencing rapid global expansion. This is reflected in the group's sales reaching over one million vehicles worldwide, with significant growth in the UAE market where sales exceed thousands of vehicles, supported by the expansion of its networks in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the rest of the Emirates.
