Build a precise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on the real market conditions of the MENA region, considering sector, motivations, problems, and willingness to pay. Craft a clear and concise One-Pager Offer using simple language that resonates directly with their target customer. Design and implement an organized Outbound Engine, which includes a targeted list of 100 potential customers (the "Golden 100") and a practical communication script to qualify customers using the BANT+ model. Conduct discovery and qualification calls that help distinguish genuine interest from mere courtesy, ultimately converting potential customers into Letters of Intent (LOIs) or paid trials. Run a weekly execution cycle for the founding stage by tracking communication activities, recording customer metrics, and making data-driven decisions until specific exit criteria are met.
