Mohamed El Sherif, a renowned software and AI expert, has announced the launch of the third cohort of his training program, which is set to begin this June. This group includes 21 founders and entrepreneurs, ready to dive in! He shared his excitement about welcoming founders who are eager for hands-on, practical learning, rather than just theoretical content. He emphasized their readiness to apply what they learn in real-world scenarios. Mohamed El Sherif also announced that registration is now open for the fourth cohort of the Zomra program, scheduled to start in July. He mentioned that a number of spots have already been booked, so don't wait too long! He clarified that the program will officially begin on July 6th, and there's a special 25% early bird discount available for just 3 days. Mohamed highlighted that this program is perfect for SaaS idea owners who want to thoroughly validate their concepts before jumping into development. It helps them avoid common pitfalls like incorrect validation or relying solely on methods like Vibe Coding. He explained that the program has already been successfully implemented as part of the ASaaSI Middle East experience, working with over 140 companies, and it specifically targets the initial founding stage (Stage 0 - the evaluation phase).
The program aims to empower participants to:
Identify and evaluate the riskiest assumptions in their SaaS idea before writing any code. Build a precise Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) based on the real market conditions of the MENA region, considering sector, motivations, problems, and willingness to pay. Craft a clear and concise One-Pager Offer using simple language that resonates directly with their target customer. Design and implement an organized Outbound Engine, which includes a targeted list of 100 potential customers (the "Golden 100") and a practical communication script to qualify customers using the BANT+ model. Conduct discovery and qualification calls that help distinguish genuine interest from mere courtesy, ultimately converting potential customers into Letters of Intent (LOIs) or paid trials. Run a weekly execution cycle for the founding stage by tracking communication activities, recording customer metrics, and making data-driven decisions until specific exit criteria are met.
