The students also highlighted that the platform has a user-friendly interface, making it easy for anyone to log technical reports and keep track of them. There's also a smart system that organizes requests, prioritizes them, and monitors their progress. This really helps speed up technical support and takes a lot of the workload off IT teams. The platform also makes the user experience better by letting people see the live status of their requests. It even has a knowledge base to help solve common problems, which boosts how efficiently things run and makes everyone happier with the tech services. The 'OpsMind' project truly shows how Misr International University students are using the latest AI tech to create practical solutions that support digital transformation. It helps make the tech infrastructure in educational institutions stronger, keeping up with what modern learning environments need.
