The journey for women in the business world isn't just about having a great idea or launching a project anymore. It actually starts with your mindset, your ability to make decisions, and how you handle pressure. Then, it moves into planning, execution, leadership, and growth. This is exactly the perspective behind the MindOS Summit's Women in Business Edition 2026, which brings together psychology, entrepreneurship, leadership, business development, and artificial intelligence. The event features a group of experts and specialists who will discuss various aspects of a woman's journey in business, from self-awareness and managing energy and time, all the way to building and developing projects and using technology and AI for business growth.

Participants 

Heba El Sawwah will join a discussion on the psychological boundaries in the journey to success, and how to maintain energy and time without letting success come at the expense of personal life. The event will also feature a dialogue with Dr. Mona El Rakhawy, Ambassador Nabila Makram, and Dr. Ahmed Dhabaie, focusing on psychology, professional success, and empowering women amidst the pressures of achievement and responsibility. Hossam El Ghoroury will cover the psychology of procrastination, overthinking, and the fear of execution, with a special focus on how to move from thinking to action. Ashraf Helal will offer insights into leadership from within, exploring how to transform values and self-awareness into real decisions and impact in the workplace. In the session on confidence, communication, and professional presence, Yasmin Farouk and Dr. Amr Khater will discuss how to build confidence and showcase professional expertise more powerfully and effectively. Dr. Ahmed Dhabaie will also present a session on managing difficult conversations and disagreements using non-violent communication techniques. Medhat Yassin will delve into the essential foundations that must be correctly established within a project before considering expansion and growth. Meanwhile, Ahmed Bayoumi, Abeer El Leithy, Mohamed El Dardiry, Nadeem Barakat, and Rania Abu Rabia will discuss how to transform experience or a skill into a project with a clear and scalable business model. Amira Maayouf will participate in a session focusing on turning professional experience into real business opportunities, while Mohamed El Tohamy will present ten principles for passion-driven entrepreneurship, showing how to convert passion into value, income, and impact. On the topic of brand building, Dina Tarek will cover how to build a genuine community around a project and turn followers into brand advocates. Additionally, Abd El Rahman Selim will lead a practical workshop on using artificial intelligence for business growth and efficiency, giving participants the chance to learn about practical applications of technology in project development.
