Lucky, a financial technology solutions company, announced the close of its Series B funding round, securing $23 million. The round saw participation from a mix of current and new investors, including Disruptech Ventures and DPI Venture Capital through the Nclude fund. Tech investor Mohamed Farouk will even take over as Chairman of the Board, which highlights a push to strengthen governance and link growth with investment expertise.
