Egypt's Digital Cubs Win Big at Technozian, Proving Global Tech Readiness

Students from the "Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative" have achieved a new milestone, winning several awards in the local qualifiers for the second edition of the global "Technozian" competition in robotics and programming. This exciting event took place on June 19th and 20th in Cairo. The "Technozian" competition is recognized as one of the largest robotics competitions worldwide. It serves as an international platform bringing together creative young minds, engineers, programmers, and robotics enthusiasts from all over the globe to compete, collaborate, and help shape the future of technology. Seven teams, comprising 17 male and female students from the fourth batch of the "Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative," participated in the local qualifiers. They competed in tracks like web development, data science, and artificial intelligence. We're thrilled to share that all the teams successfully secured various awards in both "Web Design" and "Problem Solving" competitions! The competition's main goal was to boost students' programming skills, prepare them for professional-level competition, and discover talented individuals capable of proudly representing Egypt in the advanced stages of the global championship. Their participation also played a huge role in strengthening students' skills in website design, creative and logical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, advanced programming, and competitive programming – all super important for their future! The students' involvement in the initiative came about through a fantastic collaboration with STEM Zone, a leading company in advanced technology education programs. This partnership aims to prepare students for global competitions in information technology and programming. It's worth noting that the "Digital Egypt Cubs Initiative" is a free grant launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Its purpose is to sharpen the IT skills of outstanding students from the first year of preparatory school up to the second year of secondary school across all Egyptian schools nationwide. The ultimate goal is to prepare a distinguished generation of young people who can meet the exciting demands of the future job market.
