Presight, a G42 group company that specializes in designing and deploying smart systems for governments and critical infrastructure, just announced some exciting news! They've received 376 applications from 62 countries for the second round of their AI growth acceleration program. This is a huge jump, more than three times the number of applications from the first round, which only saw 120 applications from 17 countries.
This growing global interest really highlights how important the program is. It's a fantastic platform for ambitious startups and innovators to scale their AI solutions so they can be used in real-world situations. This is especially true for areas like enterprise AI, automation, data analytics, and specialized technologies for the financial, health, and government sectors.
Most of the applications came from the Middle East (162), followed by Asia Pacific (84), Europe (65), and North America (42). The UAE led the pack with 140 applications, with the USA (37), India (26), the UK (19), and South Korea (16) also showing strong interest.
Majed Kinisbay, Presight's Chief Growth Officer, shared his excitement, saying, "The big increase and variety in applications show just how successful and effective our program is. It's really empowering AI innovators to create practical, commercially viable solutions. This puts Presight in a great spot to find the best game-changing technologies globally and help them grow across different infrastructure, capital, and community systems."
The AI growth acceleration program is a key part of Presight's wider innovation efforts. It's all about turning new technologies into practical tools that can be used by countries and organizations. This helps boost the role of smart technology in institutions and expands its use in vital sectors.
