In a move aimed at boosting financial management efficiency within startups, the Egypt Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ECEI), which is part of the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development (NIGSD), organized a "Financial Management for Startups" workshop. This event was part of their "Startups’ Playbook" series and saw participation from numerous entrepreneurs and startup founders. The workshop focused on showcasing key financial practices that help startups build a strong financial system. This, in turn, enhances their ability to achieve sustainable growth, improves resource management efficiency, and refines financial planning to tackle various challenges faced during the establishment and expansion phases. The workshop also featured interactive discussion sessions and practical applications. These allowed participants to learn about mechanisms for making more efficient financial decisions, as well as gain practical tools to improve resource management and strengthen their companies' readiness to meet the demands of growth and expansion in the coming stages.
