Moroccan PropTech platform "Agenz" has successfully raised $5 million in a Seed investment round. This round was led by Breega, Attijariwafa Ventures, and Saviu Ventures, and aims to accelerate the pace of digital transformation within Morocco's real estate market. The company was founded in 2021 by brothers Malek and Badr Belkeziz. Agenz offers a range of specialized digital solutions, including property valuation, market data analysis, and tools to facilitate and manage real estate transactions, serving various stakeholders in the sector.

Data and AI-Powered Solutions

Agenz is looking to reshape the real estate transaction experience by using data and artificial intelligence. Their goal is to provide accurate and instant market information, which boosts transparency and makes buying, selling, and investing in real estate much more efficient. The platform empowers individuals, real estate brokers, investors, and institutions to make more precise decisions based on advanced data and analytics, keeping pace with the rapid move towards digitalizing the real estate sector.

Rapid User Base Growth

The company has seen remarkable growth since launching its digital real estate transaction completion services in 2023. This has led to increased adoption of the platform by both users and professionals working in the real estate market. According to a company statement, Agenz.ma recorded over 730,000 monthly visits in May 2026, highlighting the growing reliance on digital solutions in Morocco's real estate sector.

Expansion and Service Development

Agenz plans to use the new funding to develop even more digital solutions and strengthen its technical infrastructure. They also aim to expand the range of services offered to various segments of the real estate market, including individuals, real estate agents, investors, and institutions. This funding round comes at a time of increasing interest from regional and international investors in PropTech companies, which are benefiting from rapid digital transformation and the growing reliance on data and artificial intelligence in managing real estate assets and transactions.
