The global platform KnowBe4, a specialist in human risk management and cybersecurity, announced the launch of its new agent for customized security awareness competency assessment. This agent is part of the platform's AI-powered defense agents suite. This development aims to shift from traditional general assessments to tailored tests that consider each organization's actual environment, providing a more accurate view of employees' security awareness levels.

For many years, cybersecurity experts relied on standard assessments to determine basic knowledge of security practices. However, the rapid evolution of internal software within organizations has driven the need for more precise and realistic assessments that reflect each entity's internal policies, technologies used, and actual workflows. The new agent addresses this gap by leveraging the organization's own data, including its security infrastructure and industry context, to formulate accurate assessment questions that align with the practical reality within the work environment.
