Khazna Data Centers, a global provider of large-scale digital infrastructure, has signed a long-term contract with Presight. This agreement is all about implementing an enhanced, AI-powered facility management solution and establishing a central command and control center. This collaboration builds on a strategic partnership first announced during GITEX Global 2025. It also supports the launch of Khazna NexOps, Khazna's internal operational entity designed to set a new standard for consistency, responsiveness, and operational excellence in large-scale infrastructure, especially in environments ready for the AI era. Hassan Alnaqbi, CEO of Khazna Data Centers, emphasized that this collaboration will boost the company's ability to manage complex, critical infrastructures with higher levels of insight, flexibility, and efficiency. He noted that deploying Presight's AI-powered platform and the command and control center will help drive operational excellence and sustainable growth as Khazna's global network of data centers expands. From Presight's side, CEO Thomas Pramodham explained that integrating AI into the core of data center operations allows for greater flexibility, efficiency, and sustainability at scale. This is especially important as digital infrastructure continues to grow in size, complexity, and strategic importance. This implementation focuses on embedding AI technologies directly into Khazna's data center operations. The goal is to provide a unified, data-driven approach to managing complex, high-energy-consuming infrastructures. Presight's platform also manages incoming data from various operating and facility systems within a single intelligence layer. This supports predictive and proactive maintenance, early fault detection, and optimized performance across all facility assets. Presight's platform brings together IoT, advanced analytics, automation, and AI applications to support large-scale environments. It offers real-time monitoring and coordinated management of assets, capacities, incidents, and change processes. Plus, it supports continuous operational improvement across different sites and regions, making this model an advanced example of highly efficient and sustainable digital infrastructure management.
