This exciting initiative aims to empower neurodivergent talents and prepare them for successful professional futures in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. The program offers a variety of specialized training tracks, allowing participants to choose the field that best suits their skills and interests. These tracks include data analysis, software testing, artificial intelligence fundamentals, and infrastructure monitoring. The Dandelion program is built around a comprehensive training journey that combines hands-on practical training, preparation for the job market, and specialized professional support. This holistic approach significantly boosts participants' chances of integrating into the workforce and gaining the essential skills needed in the technology sector. This wonderful program is being implemented by ITIDA in collaboration with DXC Technology, and it receives technical support from the Egyptian Association for the Advancement of Persons with Disabilities and Autism (ADVANCE), which serves as the program's technical advisor in Egypt.
