Cairo topped the list for delivery service requests on the platform, with Alexandria coming in second. The service uses a flexible pricing model where users and delivery drivers can negotiate directly. Customers can suggest a price for their trip through the app, and drivers can choose to accept the offer or negotiate it. This offers more flexible and affordable logistics options for both individuals and businesses, all with convenient door-to-door delivery. Last year, the platform saw strong growth in its operations. At the same time, there was a noticeable increase in the number of small and medium-sized businesses actively using the app. This really shows how much people are relying on instant delivery services across various Egyptian cities. Operational data revealed that clothing and parcel shipments made up the largest share of total deliveries. Food, medical, and pharmaceutical supplies followed, then household goods. This highlights how diverse the service's uses are and how widely people depend on it for their daily needs. The pharmaceutical supplies delivery sector also saw remarkable growth recently, indicating that customers are increasingly relying on fast delivery services for their essential needs in vital sectors. Operationally, the platform uses a flexible work model that allows delivery drivers to work full-time or part-time. This flexibility helped increase their average earnings by about 25% last year. The service maintained high levels of operational efficiency. The average time to accept an order was less than one minute, while picking up a shipment took about 10 minutes. Delivery times ranged between 20 and 30 minutes, covering an average distance of 16 to 17 kilometers. These indicators confirm the platform's efficient operational system and its ability to balance supply and demand. Meanwhile, inDrive Delivery continues to expand its operations and strengthen its presence in the Egyptian delivery services market.
