Egyptian entrepreneur Ibrahim Anwar, CEO of Sabeeka, shared some great insights during the 'With Tactful AI and Customer Experience' event. He highlighted that customer experience has become a super important factor that sets successful companies apart, even more than having amazing products or huge budgets. He really believes we're living in the age of AI and Customer Experience. In a LinkedIn post, he explained that competition isn't just about the product, price, or even ad campaigns anymore. It's all about the feeling and the overall experience a customer has. He wisely added that while customers might forget an ad or a discount, they'll never forget a good or bad experience with a company. He also clarified that Customer Experience (CX) isn't just about customer service or quick replies. It covers the customer's entire journey, from first learning about a company all the way through to after they've made a purchase. This includes everything from the website or app, how easy it is to use, payment processes, how quickly issues are resolved, and overall responsiveness.
