Foras.AI Invests in Efham.ai to Boost Arabic AI Education Across the Arab World

In a move that shows growing interest in building a comprehensive Arabic AI ecosystem, Foras.AI, a platform specializing in investment and innovation support, led by Egyptian entrepreneur Mohamed Aboul Naga Nagaty, announced a strategic investment in Efham.ai. This platform is being developed by the startup NixAI, with the goal of establishing the first integrated AI educational community in Arabic for the Arab world.

This investment comes at a time when the knowledge gap related to the availability of AI content in Arabic is widening. The new platform aims to reach over 400 million Arabic speakers across various markets in the region. It will do this through an educational model that simplifies technical knowledge and presents it in a way that respects the cultural and linguistic uniqueness of the Arab user.

Teaching AI in Arabic

Efham.ai is set to launch by the end of the third quarter of 2026. It will feature a training program with over 100 educational lessons, all designed entirely in Egyptian colloquial Arabic. This approach aims to provide a learning experience that feels much closer to Arab users compared to traditional or translated content.

The platform seeks to go beyond the idea of traditional training courses. Instead, it aims to build a continuous knowledge community that allows users to learn and apply AI technologies in a practical way. The focus is on creating an interactive learning environment that helps users gain the digital skills needed in today's job market.

Betting on Local Content

Efham.ai believes that language is one of the biggest challenges facing the spread of technical knowledge in the region. That's why it has adopted Egyptian colloquial Arabic as a way to reach a wide segment of Arab users. It's leveraging the widespread popularity of the Egyptian dialect through media, cinema, and digital content, which helps simplify AI concepts and boost engagement with educational content.

This approach reflects a growing shift towards developing local technical content that can speak to users in their everyday language. It moves away from relying entirely on foreign educational materials or translations, which might not convey technical concepts smoothly and directly.

Building an Arab Generation Capable of Developing Technology

Mohamed Aboul Naga Nagaty, CEO of Foras.AI, stated that the world is witnessing one of the biggest technological transformations in its modern history. He emphasized that the Arab region has a real opportunity to move from consuming technology to contributing to its development and creation.

He added that the decision to invest in Efham.ai came from the belief that this project is not just an educational platform. Instead, it forms a fundamental knowledge infrastructure that can help prepare a new generation of Arabs capable of using and developing AI tools, and participating in shaping its future.

From Learning to Entrepreneurship

Ahmed Nagy, founder of NixAI, explained that the idea for the platform emerged after years of working on developing AI-based products in both the Egyptian and Arab markets. During this time, the need for specialized content in simple, user-friendly language became clear.

He pointed out that the platform doesn't just cover the basics of AI. It extends to practical areas like creating digital content, building tech products, launching startups, and understanding funding mechanisms and attracting investments. This helps users turn technical skills into job opportunities and sustainable income sources.

He stressed that the ultimate goal is to build a new Arab community that treats AI as a natural part of life and work, not just an extra technical skill. This will pave the way for a generation capable of innovation, development, and competition in the global digital economy.

With the support of Foras.AI's investment and NixAI's expertise in developing AI products, Efham.ai is getting ready to officially launch in several Arab markets, coinciding with the opening of pre-registration for users. This project aims to reshape the landscape of technical education in Arabic and strengthen the region's presence in the global AI-driven economy.
