Dr. Mohamed Hossam Khader, a specialized consultant in management, governance, partnerships, entrepreneurship, and investment, highlighted that a person's true value comes from mastering a specialization professionally. He added that the success of any project begins with building real expertise in its target field. He explained, on the sidelines of his participation in the 'Start 2026' summit, that a large number of startups face challenges because they overlook the correct fundamentals of planning and execution. He stressed how important it is for young people to have a unique skill or specialization, seeing it as one of the most crucial factors that open up greater opportunities for partnerships and work. He also affirmed that young people just starting their journey should learn from the early stages of successful ventures. They shouldn't compare their beginnings to what those successful models achieved after years of hard work and experience. This approach, he noted, significantly helps boost self-confidence and encourages them to keep pursuing their goals. Dr. Khader also discussed the concept of 'Container' in entrepreneurship, explaining the importance of thoroughly studying the market before launching any project. He emphasized understanding the surrounding environment and customer needs to significantly increase the chances of success. He added that for any entrepreneurial idea to succeed, it needs to align the required capabilities for project implementation with the resources actually available. This also includes the necessity of continuous learning and skill development to keep up with the fast-changing business environment.
