Exits MENA is embarking on a new phase of business expansion in the private capital market. This follows the successful full acquisition of Avanz Capital Egypt (ACE), a company specializing in direct investment and asset management, in partnership with ACE's local management. The deal is valued at over seven figures. The acquisition comes after both parties received preliminary approval, or a "no objection" notice, from Egypt's General Financial Supervisory Authority. This strategic move allows Exits MENA to integrate direct investment and asset management into its existing business model, which currently focuses on consulting and investment deals. The ultimate aim is to build a comprehensive financial platform that serves companies, investors, and institutions across Egypt and the broader Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
