Exabeam Unveils New Business Framework to Empower Managed Security Partners

Exabeam, a specialist in cybersecurity intelligence and automation solutions, has announced the launch of its new business framework for Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). This expansion of their award-winning APEX Partner Program aims to empower partners to grow efficiently while maintaining stable profit margins and achieving higher operational flexibility. This move is fueled by the company's momentum, especially after earning a five-star rating in CRN's 2026 Partner Program Guide. The new framework was developed as a direct response to partner feedback, designed to simplify licensing models and eliminate the complexities of traditional systems by offering a flexible model that supports purchasing, deployment, and expansion. Craig Patterson, Head of Global Channels at Exabeam, stated that the APEX program was built to support profitable partner growth and boost their competitiveness in an increasingly challenging market. He noted that the new framework reflects this commitment through a model specifically designed to align with how Managed Security Service Providers operate. The business framework relies on two flexible deployment models. The first is Unified Licensing, which is perfect for multi-client, high-volume environments, offering centralized management through a single platform. This significantly enhances operational efficiency and reduces costs. The second model, Distributed Subscription, targets companies operating across multiple geographic regions or with diverse compliance requirements. It ensures data and license isolation while providing centralized visibility, powered by automation and APIs. These models help reduce the complexities of onboarding new clients and simplify billing and contracting processes. They also improve cost control as client environments expand. Essentially, the new framework replaces scattered commercial structures with a unified, simpler global model. Peter Stratis, Senior Manager of Service Provider Alliances at Exabeam, explained that this framework is a direct result of collaboration with MSSP partners. He emphasized that Exabeam listened to the challenges partners faced with expansion and protecting profit margins, designing a model that meets their actual operational needs and gives them greater flexibility for long-term growth. In the same vein, Bastian Jankowski, General Manager at G.I.P. S.à r.l., highlighted that his company's adoption of the Exabeam platform as a primary security solution represents a strategic step. He praised its advanced detection capabilities and low total cost of ownership, which have boosted their Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. This has helped accelerate client onboarding and improve operational efficiency, all while delivering higher levels of protection at a competitive cost.
