El Tawkeel.com and Kasrawy Group Partner to Launch Egypt's First Digital Car Sales Platform

El Tawkeel.com, in partnership with Kasrawy Group for Automobiles, has announced the launch of Egypt's first fully integrated digital e-commerce platform for new cars. This platform offers customers a unified experience for booking, purchasing, financing, and insuring cars through one easy-to-use digital interface.

This move is part of a strategic transformation aimed at reshaping the car buying experience in Egypt. It introduces an integrated digital model that connects customers with official dealers, as well as financing and insurance partners, all within a single, smooth, and transparent purchasing journey. This will boost market efficiency and increase consumer trust.

The platform allows customers to explore and compare the latest new car models, including brands represented and distributed by Kasrawy Group in the Egyptian market, such as Jetour, JAC, and Citroën. Other brands, like Avatr, will join soon. All official, approved data, specifications, and prices are displayed directly and transparently.

The platform is committed to offering new cars at their official prices without any markups. This ensures clarity throughout the entire purchase process, from start to delivery, and builds customer confidence at every decision-making stage.

It also provides a complete digital experience covering all stages of car ownership, from browsing and selection, through comparing models and specifications, all the way to completing the purchase, adding financing and insurance services, and picking up the car directly from the dealer.

In this context, Sara Kasrawy, Chief Marketing Officer at Kasrawy Group, stated: “Launching this platform is a significant strategic step in Kasrawy Group's digital transformation journey. We are focused on delivering a comprehensive experience that meets customer expectations and keeps pace with global developments in the automotive sector.”

She added: “By offering a diverse range of brands, along to integrated financing and insurance solutions through a single digital transaction, we aim to provide a smoother and more transparent buying experience. This will enhance customer trust and strengthen our position in the Egyptian market.”

Ali Shaaban, Founder of El Tawkeel.com, commented: “This collaboration represents a qualitative leap in developing the car buying experience in Egypt. We are building an integrated digital platform that allows users to complete all stages of car ownership easily and from one place. Through our partnership with Kasrawy Group, we aim to introduce a new model based on efficiency and transparency, redefining the relationship between the customer and the automotive market.”

To enhance financing solutions, the platform offers a comprehensive package of financing and insurance services in collaboration with several financial institutions and insurance companies. Customers can apply for financing entirely digitally, compare different programs, and choose the most suitable payment plan based on their needs and financial capabilities. In some cases, quick financing approvals are available, which helps speed up and simplify the car ownership journey.

To boost payment flexibility, El Tawkeel.com has partnered with the consumer finance platform Valu, in addition to official financing solutions provided by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt (ADIB Egypt). This gives customers multiple options, including full payment or installments, all within a unified digital transaction, without the need to deal with multiple parties or unofficial channels.

This launch represents a strategic step towards building an integrated ecosystem for Egypt's automotive sector. It focuses on combining sales, financing, and insurance within a single digital experience, thereby enhancing market efficiency and elevating the customer experience.

Kasrawy Group confirms that this initiative marks the beginning of a new phase in developing the car buying experience in Egypt, with future plans for expansion and adding more brands and digital services to the platform.

With this launch, El Tawkeel.com, in collaboration with Kasrawy Group, introduces the “One-Stop-Shop” model. This allows customers to complete all steps of buying a car – from exploration and comparison to financing, insurance, and delivery – through one integrated digital platform, offering a smoother, more transparent, and more efficient experience.
