During his official visit to Washington D.C. for the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, Mohamed Farid Saleh, Egypt's Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, held a comprehensive meeting with a high-level delegation from global payment giant Visa. The delegation was led by Robert Thompson, Senior Vice President and Global Head of Government Affairs, and included Kaitlin McDonnell, Vice President and Head of International Affairs. Their discussions focused on boosting investments in Egypt and expanding cooperation in digital innovation.
