In a move aimed at expanding Egypt's presence in the global outsourcing market, the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) wrapped up its participation in CCW Vegas 2026. This event is one of the most prominent international exhibitions focusing on customer services and experience. Four Egyptian companies showcased their latest solutions to global decision-makers during the event. The Egyptian pavilion featured e& CX Solutions Egypt, Innovative Work Solutions, Atheel CX, and eNable. These companies held meetings with officials and representatives from international firms, highlighting Egypt's capabilities in outsourcing services, AI-powered services, and advanced technological solutions. This participation also provided a fantastic platform for exchanging expertise and exploring new cooperation opportunities and partnerships. It also helped showcase the competitive advantages of Egypt's outsourcing and business technology services sector and its role in meeting the needs of global markets. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) supported Egypt's participation, which further boosted Egypt's presence at the event. This support also shone a spotlight on the potential of the Egyptian private sector and its ability to offer competitive services to international markets.
