The Ministry further explained that it's now rolling out the second phase of its strategy to develop the outsourcing industry. This big step aims to make Egypt even more competitive, especially with AI technologies increasingly shaping global job markets. In line with these efforts, the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology added that it has held a series of meetings with top officials from several major global outsourcing companies. This is all happening as these companies plan to expand their investments in Egypt through 2028.
