They also work hard to build a global network of collaboration and a supportive community for everyone in the entrepreneurship world. Getting to the global finals is no small feat! Finalists were chosen after a super comprehensive evaluation process that looked at over 70,000 nominations. This also included careful reviews by specialized judging panels and regional competitions held across six continents. EdVentures was founded in 2017 and has quickly become one of the most prominent venture capital firms focusing on education technology (EdTech) in Egypt and the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Beyond investing, they also act as a business accelerator and incubator for startups in the sector.
