This includes four Arab cities, which have joined the list of the best startup ecosystems worldwide. The report's rankings are based on a comprehensive evaluation of these ecosystems, using a weighted average of six key indicators. These indicators cover startup performance, funding availability, market access, the availability of talent and expertise, the concentration of AI-driven companies, and research and development activities.
