Looking at where these new companies are, business and service-related sectors are still leading the way. Real estate, leasing, and business services made up a big chunk at 41.2%, followed by trade and services at 29.5%, then construction at 15%, and social and personal services at 9.3%. This highlights Dubai's diverse economy, with a clear focus on sectors that can easily embrace digital transformation.
