He also played a key part in supporting InvestAD's acquisition of the group by establishing a regional commercial unit and reorganizing marketing and commercial operations.

He also successfully created new revenue streams and grew existing businesses, which significantly boosted resource utilization efficiency and accelerated growth rates.
