Career 180 just announced the launch of its brand-new app, 'Deals'! This awesome app offers students and young people discounts of up to 70% on all sorts of services and products. They unveiled it during their participation in the Egypt Career Summit, and it's all part of their bigger plan to expand training and employment programs. Mohamed Akmal, the platform's General Manager, explained that 'Deals' is all about helping young people in their studies and careers by giving them discounts on courses and events. He clarified that it's not directly tied to job opportunities, but rather to support their growth. The app is super easy to get – it's available on Android and iOS, and you can even download it using a QR Code! It connects users to a network of about 50 partners, and there are exciting plans for even more expansion in the future. Career 180 also shared their plans for regional growth and organizing international events, like 'FemTech.' These events will take place in places like Jordan, Romania, Nigeria, Oman, and Iraq. The main goal is to train and empower women in technology, entrepreneurship, and remote work. Whether they want to be freelancers, start their own businesses, or land tech jobs, FemTech is there to help! The platform also highlighted a cool new program that lets women work as virtual assistants using AI technology. This allows them to offer remote services to markets in places like Saudi Arabia and Oman. They stressed that most of their operations are handled internally, which helps keep costs down and makes their tech solutions super efficient. The launch of the 'Deals' app really shows Career 180's commitment to giving young people and women practical tools to boost their education, develop new skills, and become financially independent. This program also shines a light on how technology and AI can open up amazing remote work opportunities, truly boosting innovation in employment and entrepreneurship across the region.
