Career 180 Teams Up with Businesses to Connect Training to Real Jobs

Yahya Abdel Fattah, Head of Business Development at Career 180, highlighted a significant shift in young people's priorities within the skills development market. He explained that the main goal is no longer just taking training courses, but rather securing a real job opportunity. This realization prompted the platform to redesign its business model, making training a direct path to employment instead of an end in itself. Abdel Fattah, speaking at the "WorkShift Summit 2026," mentioned that Career 180 operates two distinct platforms serving the needs of the job market. The first, also called "Career 180," focuses on traditional full-time jobs and practical training programs. The second platform specializes in freelance and remote work services, keeping pace with local and global changes in the job market.
