El Sahy made these remarks during a panel discussion at the ENGINEEREX EGYPT summit, where he stressed that placing the customer at the heart of every decision is a fundamental factor in designing products and services. El Sahy explained that every step begins with a core question: “Who am I serving? How can I make their life better? And how can I solve problems that contribute to their development?” He pointed out that technology should be used to enhance people's quality of life, even before thinking about the technical tools themselves.
