Ahmed Naji Al-Dakhmisi, an HR and personal branding consultant, emphasized that changes in the job market by 2026 demand a big shift in how HR departments work. He noted that companies are no longer looking for traditional HR managers who just handle daily tasks. Instead, they want strategic partners who understand business needs and help with decision-making. Al-Dakhmisi explained in a LinkedIn post that HR managers, especially those with some experience, are now facing two clear paths. They can either keep doing traditional tasks like reviewing resumes, managing attendance, and relying on manual tools. Or, they can move to a more advanced model that uses modern technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence. He pointed out that this current phase requires what he calls "digital sovereignty tools." These tools let HR professionals use AI for operational tasks, giving them more time to focus on developing organizations and building more effective strategies. Al-Dakhmisi also announced a new round of his "HR Executive Roadmap" program. This program aims to share direct practical experience in HR management, moving away from traditional academic teaching, and focusing on real-world application in workplaces. The program covers several key areas. One is using AI tools as an executive assistant in HR management. This includes using specialized software and writing prompts to quickly and effectively build organizational structures and work policies. The program also focuses on building a digital professional identity, especially on LinkedIn. This is seen as a key tool for boosting professional presence and attracting job opportunities. He mentioned his journey with HRians Egypt, where he provided practical solutions for challenges related to insurance, taxes, and labor law applications. Al-Dakhmisi noted that the program targets a limited number of professionals who want to advance their careers and move to a more advanced level. He stressed that the focus will be on practical application and building skills that can be used directly within organizations. He confirmed that a real transformation in HR is no longer an option but a necessity driven by the market's nature, given the increasing reliance on technology and data in business management.
