Moataz Abu Anaq, co-founder of Adwaa Al Khaleel, shared in a post that the company was honored by Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud during the opening ceremony of Northern Borders University projects. He noted that this recognition came as they were completing the College of Computer Science and Information Technology project at the university's Rafha branch. He explained that the project involved creating a complete educational environment spanning 35,948 square meters, featuring 65 classrooms equipped to accommodate 2,660 male and female students. Abu Anaq added that the company's extensive experience, which dates back to 2006 and includes over 100 projects, has shown that one of the biggest challenges in the contracting and infrastructure sector is the lack of construction flexibility. He clarified that building structures that are difficult to update lead to higher maintenance and modification costs in the future. He pointed out that the company uses a 'free wiring' concept. This allows for changing lab functions or updating computing networks without affecting the building's core structure. He emphasized that this approach helps reduce future development costs for the owner throughout the building's operational life.
